Role Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning vacations that align with their travel preferences, schedule, and budget

  • Prepare personalized travel recommendations and reservation options
  • Coordinate bookings for accommodations, transportation, tours, activities, and other travel services
  • Confirm reservation details and review itineraries for accuracy before travel
  • Answer client questions regarding travel options, pricing, and available promotions
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, virtual meetings, and online messaging
  • Work closely with approved travel suppliers to secure reservations and manage booking updates
  • Maintain organized records of client information, reservations, and communications

  • Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the booking process
