PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in menu planning, development, and execution. Assist with overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation. Order goods with an understanding par levels as well as competitive pricing Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative, positive work environment centered around collaboration. Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. Adhere to organizational standards and consistency.
