Job Description
As a Associate III, you will serve as a key point of contact for donors and supporters through multiple communication channels, helping to strengthen engagement and support fundraising efforts that advance the St. Jude mission.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, participants, businesses, and community organizations.
  • Provide outstanding service through phone, email, chat, text messaging, and social media platforms.
  • Support fundraising efforts and Fitness Programs through participant engagement, donor stewardship, and customer service.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Accurately document interactions and input information into various software systems and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and communicate updates effectively.
  • Prepare reports, track participant and donor information, and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, call center operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage audiences across multiple communication platforms.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and navigate conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ability to accurately process and enter information into various software systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
