Remote or Hybrid (Wisconsin-based offices available)
Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team in Merrill, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and groups, helping clients manage and overcome emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld in all client interactions.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience providing mental health services.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in client care.
Work Environment

This position is based in Merrill, WI, offering a supportive and collaborative work environment. The clinician will work primarily in an office setting with opportunities for community outreach and client home visits as appropriate.
