What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for connecting exceptional talent with meaningful career opportunities
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also operating independently
  • Self-starter mentality — someone who takes ownership and runs with opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Why Join Yellowstone?

  • Competitive pay; paid weekly
  • Full group benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k with a company match, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and holiday pay
  • Aggressive incentive plan
  • Industry leading safety programs
  • Company provided work shirts and safety gear
  • Equipped with optimal and most professional equipment
  • High profile customers, worksites and landscape results
  • Opportunity to advance within one of the industry’s fastest growing companies
  • A company that values and appreciates YOU

Become part of the team dedicated to Excellence in Commercial Landscaping.
