• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of individuals seeking support.
• Provide crisis intervention and develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient's unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including referrals for psychiatric or medical care when necessary.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, adhering to organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision sessions to enhance professional development and optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist in conducting case conferences, treatment planning sessions, and consultations as necessary to improve overall patient care.

This role primarily serves a variety of patients within the community health clinic framework, including individuals with behavioral health challenges, histories of substance use, and severe mental illness. Candidates should be equipped to engage with a diverse population, addressing varying levels of mental health needs and promoting recovery through thoughtful, compassionate care.

• A valid license for either LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of full-time, paid professional experience providing direct client care, plus an additional three years of post-licensure experience tailored to the mental health sector.

• Experience in conducting assessments and treatment for individuals dealing with behavioral issues, substance use disorders, and significant mental health conditions.
• Prior involvement in inpatient settings or similar high-intensity environments is highly favorable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
