As part of a Detox Center facility, our team collaborates to provide a continuum of care that encompasses both inpatient and outpatient services, enhancing client support before and after their detox experience. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and social resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Formulate, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive client care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions and provide risk assessments and safety planning for high-risk clients.
• Document case notes and client interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Lead support groups, psychoeducation classes, and therapeutic workshops that encourage peer engagement and community building.

The LCSW will serve a varied client population, including individuals dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
