Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and social resources.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Formulate, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive client care.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention sessions and provide risk assessments and safety planning for high-risk clients.
