Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical, compassionate individual counseling sessions with clients through video chat, maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, focusing on solution-oriented strategies to assist clients in addressing their mental health concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the distinct needs of each client, ensuring alignment with their overall goals for mental wellness.
• Facilitate client self-reflection by providing insights into their personal experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to promote healthy coping mechanisms and emotional resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current and active license to practice independently in Illinois, such as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW. Please note, provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• No disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage empathetically with clients.
• Proficient in using technology and virtual platforms for service delivery.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience working with diverse populations or environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth practices and prior experience using electronic health record systems can significantly enhance your adaptation to our organizational processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, we offer:
