This full-time position provides a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions in an ethical and empathetic manner through secure video chat platforms.
• Implement evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate effective counseling tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that emphasize measurable goals and client progress.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, relationships, and experiences to foster self-awareness and personal growth.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and teaching them healthy coping strategies to address challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a diverse array of mental health issues. Your role is pivotal in helping clients develop essential life skills that improve their overall quality of life. You will play a vital role in guiding individuals through their mental health journeys, creating a safe space for them to express their thoughts and emotions while encouraging self-efficacy.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, including Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice (no limited or provisional licenses accepted).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a nurturing approach to patient care, demonstrating a strong commitment to ethical treatment.
• Proficiency in technology includes a computer with webcam and audio capabilities for delivering remote sessions and reliable internet access.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or virtual counseling environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with diverse counseling techniques and modalities to cater to varied client backgrounds.
• Prior experience with case management and treatment plan development.
