Key Responsibilities

• Provide ethical and compassionate individual teletherapy sessions via a secure video platform.
• Implement solution-focused treatment approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that align with the client’s personal goals and needs.
• Assist clients in gaining insight into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor clinical progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support the development of healthy coping strategies.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current full licensure to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• No limited or provisional licenses; a clean disciplinary history is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a strong commitment to client-centered care.
• Proficient in various electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable with technology.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, you will benefit from:
