Deliver higher quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes, manages medical costs and provides an unmatched experience for adults on Medicare in medically underserved communities.
Details:
  • Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Outpatient responsibilities only
  • Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position that is available
  • Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred
