Role Description The Sales Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tampa, FL. This role supports the sales team by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and assisting with client onboarding for temporary housing solutions. The Sales Assistant helps maintain accurate records in CRM systems, organizes documentation, and coordinates with operations to ensure housing details and timelines are met. Daily responsibilities include communicating with prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting follow-up activities to help drive sales. The role also involves scheduling meetings, organizing sales materials, and contributing to a smooth, efficient sales process.
