Rapidly growing, innovative company of community-based healthcare centers is currently seeking Primary Care Physicians in the Chicago, IL area. Deliver higher quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes, manages medical costs and provides an unmatched experience for adults on Medicare in medically underserved communities.
Details:
  • Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Multiple locations within the Chicago area to choose from*
  • Outpatient responsibilities only
  • Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position
  • Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred
  • *Spanish Speaking required for some locations


Compensation/Benefits:
