  • Build and maintain an "A" team to manage the assigned communities.
  • Property Manages the full-cycle operational and financial responsibilities of a "Region".
  • Makes strategic changes to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income.

 What the ideal candidate looks like:

  • 5+ years' experience in Multifamily Housing management
  • Experience managing multiple communities.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 15+.
  • Must be able to thoroughly understand the financial aspects of running a portfolio.
  • Able to pass a soft credit review
