What You'll Do:
  • Deliver warm, polished, and memorable hospitality to every guest.

  • Lead the bar team through example, coaching, and accountability.

  • Execute classic and house cocktails with consistency and precision.

  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and mise en place.

  • Manage inventory, pars, ordering, and product organization alongside leadership.

  • Assist with seasonal menu development, recipe testing, costing, and staff education.
