The Job

The receptionist will provide support to the Administrative Team and the Community as a whole by being the liaison between visitors and personnel. 

Position and Schedule

  • Full Time Receptionist
  • Certified Nursing Aide a HUGE PLUS

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Works closely with the Administrative team and handles additional duties when assigned and as needed.
  • Handles coding and submitting bills and invoices to the AR department.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in the use of personal computer
  • One (1) year experience in an office setting and or switchboard
  • CNA certified a huge plus!
  • Professional phone etiquette and attire needed
