Responsibilities
  • Graduate from our New Agent Launch

We have a super-dialed 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent closes (and pending) 3.4 transactions during this time.
  • Lead generate a minimum of 15 hours a week

This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day!
  • Conduct three open houses monthly

Host 3 open houses monthly, taking a weekend off each month for work/life balance. We have great training around this.
  • Work with a lead sales agent to help buyers find the perfect home

Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? :) Be a student of the game and master the back-end of the industry while you earn money as a Showing Agent.
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria

We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication & when the lead agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win!
  • Write all the key parameters for an offer handoff to our lead negotiator who will write the offer on behalf of the client

Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!
  • Participate in team activities per team standards

We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up and work. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking aand open houses. You get to do all this with us!
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching Session, Training and Partner Call

We treat this job like a career and not a hobby. We will help you create a weekly calendar so you always know what to do.
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

We have an amazing customer management system for you to track all your calls/appointments.
