Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Listing Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for listing properties, working closely with sellers, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from initial contact to closing. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, a commitment to exceptional client service, and a drive to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners looking to sell.

  • Evaluate properties to establish market values and list them at competitive price points.

  • Create and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.

  • Coordinate open houses, showings, and private viewings for potential buyers.
