Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Northfield, OH
$17/hour | Full-Time
Looking for more than just another customer service job?
At Jackson Comfort Services, our CSRs are the heart of our business. You're the first person our customers talk to when they need help, and you set the tone for every interaction.
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a team that supports one another, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chats
  • Schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service appointments
  • Create and update customer records
  • Work with dispatch and technicians to keep schedules running smoothly
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Keep accurate notes and documentation in our CRM

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
