At Cattlemens, we’ve been perfecting the art of grilling hand-cut Harris Ranch steaks for over 55 years. As a Broiler Cook, you’ll be at the heart of that tradition—delivering perfectly cooked steaks and entrées that define our legendary Western hospitality.


What You’ll Do

  • Quickly and efficiently prepare all center-of-the-plate items according to Cattlemens’ recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate the broiler with precision to ensure every steak is cooked exactly as ordered.
  • Coordinate timing and workflow with Broiler Assistants and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and speed of service.
  • Maintain strict quality control for every plate leaving your station.
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in your work area.
  • Support a team-oriented, high-energy kitchen focused on excellence and consistency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a broiler, line cook, or grill cook in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
