We invite you to join a friendly and innovative team of dedicated hospitality professionals to provide a world class guest experience at Post Ranch Inn as a Server Assistant ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Set up bus stations with all items needed for shift including but not limited to: water, silver, napkins, salt and pepper shakers, wiping towels, sanitizer, coffee, iced tea, lemonade, and any other item that may be needed throughout the shift Assist with food running and presentation Help clear soiled dishes from tables, including glassware, silver, bread plates, and any other items on table that are not being used Reset tables as guests depart including wiping, resetting, and cleaning surrounding area so table is ready for the next guest Close down station, put away all supplies, clean bus areas, and perform any closing duties deemed needed by manager Assist in IRD duties including stocking the station, running IRD orders and IRD dish pickup as needed and/or assigned by Sierra Mar management EXPERIENCE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to use repetitive hand and body motions on a regular basis such as grasping, writing, typing, listening, hearing, and visual acuity Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time on varying ground levels with stairs on a regular basis Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a consistent basis and to bend, stoop, stretch, climb and squat frequently to fulfill a range of manual tasks Pay rate for the Server Assistant position is $16.90 per hour + tips To join our very accomplished team of hospitality professionals, please apply now.
