What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations while building a culture of excellence. You’ll:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire service staff to deliver Western Syle hospitality.
  • Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development.
  • Oversee food & beverage service, inventory, and cost controls.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment inside and outside the restaurant.
  • Partner with leadership on budgets, marketing, and business initiatives.
  • Uphold Cattlemens’ commitment to uncompromising hospitality and guest satisfaction.
