Position: Ranch Hand / Personal Assistant (Hybrid Role) Location: Nashville, TN
Overview: Our client is seeking a highly capable, hands-on Ranch Hand / Personal Assistant to support both the day-to-day operations of a private ranch property and a variety of personal and household needs. Personal Assistant Responsibilities: - Handle personal errands and day-to-day requests - Vehicle management, including scheduling maintenance, recalls, detailing, and servicing appointments - Assist with household projects and miscellaneous personal tasks - Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and service providers - Provide occasional executive-style support as needs arise - Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
Ideal Background: - Prior ranch, farm, livestock, or agricultural experience strongly preferred - Comfortable around livestock and rural property operations - Strong mechanical ability and familiarity with farming equipment - Background in ranch management, farming, mechanics, or similar hands-on environments preferred - Previous experience in personal assistant, estate support, or executive assistant functions is a plus - Highly organized, self-directed, and flexible - Strong communication skills and professional discretion
