We are currently seeking a Psychometrist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, compassionate professional who is passionate about assessment and contributing to meaningful clinical outcomes.


Position Overview

The Psychometrist administers and scores psychological and neuropsychological assessments under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist. This role plays a critical part in the evaluation process by ensuring accurate, ethical, and standardized testing procedures.


Responsibilities
  • Administer, score, and record standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments
  • Maintain test security and adhere to ethical and professional standards
  • Accurately document behavioral observations during testing
  • Assist with test preparation, materials organization, and data entry
  • Collaborate with psychologists and clinical staff to support evaluation needs
  • Maintain organized and confidential patient records
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Previous experience as a Psychometrist or in psychological testing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with individuals of various ages and diagnoses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field (Master’s preferred)
