• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing various diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and therapeutic goals of each client.
• Provide effective therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group sessions, while integrating evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
• Monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to optimize outcomes and support their healing journey.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention, providing support to clients facing critical situations while collaborating with emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards outlined by governing bodies.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and enrich the therapeutic experience for clients.
• Engage in regular professional supervision and attend trainings to continually enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines as prescribed by licensing boards and mental health organizations, upholding the integrity of the profession.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Delicate Touch Counseling Center, you will work with a wide-range of clients facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Our client population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families who seek assistance with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship conflicts, and other mental health concerns. Your insights and therapeutic methods will empower them to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
