Assistant Proxy Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Broadridge is seeking a Proxy Coding Administrator to join our team! This individual is responsible for directing the workflow of the proxy jobs that have material delivered in the warehouse. You will also review all proxy jobs to ensure that they are not on credit hold and have material links available for the online platforms. If not, you would need to reach out to the appropriate parties to have these updated since we cannot proceed without them. Monitor daily logs and follow ups on holds. Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering for a client, from inception to installation to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing and resolving inquiries in a timely manner to meet SLAs.

• Assists team with daily responsibilities.

• Communicates effectively with internal departments such as DPS OPS, EPC, CPS, Client Services and Production.

• Prepares and reviews Issuer's meetingagenda for distribution to shareholders.

• Review issuers materials for compliance with NYSE & SEC regulatory requirements.

• Maintains functional knowledge of Broadridge's processes, systems, and products.

• Performs QC of the agenda set up done by other team members.

• Escalates issues to Supervisor/Manager.

• Assist with completion of training and ISO documented procedures.

• Performs all other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Experienced computer-user with familiarity using Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, Outlook and various web-based applications.

• Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail

• Solid verbal and written communication skills
  

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $25.12 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, location and education.
