Job description

We are a rapidly growing property management company in seeking a Property Manager to oversee our residential Ridgecrest area. The successful candidate will be a confident and customer service focused leader, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Day-to-day tenant relations: maintain personal contact with tenants, promote goodwill, provide high-quality service and anticipate and solve problems.
  • Implement tenant retention practices and act as a liaison between tenants and vendors.
  • Manage and assist in the oversight of unit turnovers and construction projects.
  • Negotiate, evaluate and administer service contracts for all suppliers and vendors; establish and implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Regularly inspect properties to ensure property maintenance and cleanliness.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience in residential properties is required for 150+ units.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional organizational and follow through skills.
  • Ability to work with little direction, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Appfolio Software is preferred.
  • The individual needs to be professional, organized, reliable, self-motivated, courteous, patient and compassionate.
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH.
