Location:
Summer Green Apartments
6555 Shady Oaks Manor Drive
Fort Worth, TX 76135
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm, Saturday 10:00 am-2:00 pm
Responsibilities:
-Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations 
-Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
-Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
-Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments
-Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect

- 1+ years' experience in an assistant manager or manager role
- Experience in multifamily housing industry required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

- Strong multitasking abilities
