As the Property Accountant, you possess 5 years of extensive commercial property accounting experience.  You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are proficient with Yardi and Microsoft Excel. As the Property Accountant, you are a strong problem solver who manages time well, is highly organized, and detail oriented. Most importantly, you understand the commercial property industry and are a team player with a positive attitude!

What You’ll Do:

As the Property Accountant, you have full-cycle accounting knowledge within a commercial property management environment. You will prepare monthly tenant billings, CAM bank/account reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies.  The Property Accountant will monitor accounts receivables, including timely collections.  You will assist in month-end close, creating and posting journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
