Location

Las Vegas, Nevada – Full-time, on-site position where you'll lead field operations and work closely with project teams to deliver outstanding commercial construction projects.

Note

Applicants must have 6+ years of construction superintendent experience overseeing commercial construction projects. Strong field leadership experience is required.

Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout.
  • Lead project planning, site setup, and daily field operations.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, subcontractors, inspectors, architects, owners, and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules alongside the project management team.
  • Supervise field personnel and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Manage site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and building codes.
  • Coordinate equipment, material procurement, and site logistics.
  • Resolve construction issues while maintaining project schedules and budgets.
  • Perform project closeout activities and administrative documentation.
  • Mentor and support Assistant Superintendents when assigned.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of construction superintendent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction and all phases of project execution.
  • Experience supervising subcontractors and field personnel.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
