This role connects the field, office, and project team so work moves forward safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will work closely with project managers, superintendents, field leaders, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Responsibilities: reviewing project documents, drawings and specifications; developing and tracking project schedules; coordinating meetings and following up on action items; supporting cost control, budget tracking and change order coordination; managing submittals, RFIs, contracts, billing and procurement updates; supporting project closeout.
