Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects. This role requires expertise in scheduling software, critical path method (CPM) analysis, and collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize workflows and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other scheduling tools.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather schedule inputs and update timelines.
  • Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays, recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders through reports and dashboards.
  • Integrate cost and resource loading into schedules to align with project budgets and workforce planning.
  • Analyze changes to project scope and assess their impact on timelines and resources.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to track material delivery schedules.
  • Prepare look-ahead schedules to ensure proactive project planning.
  • Conduct schedule risk assessments and provide recommendations for maintaining project deadlines.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements.
  • Assist in preparing claims and time impact analysis for delays, disruptions, and change orders.

Education & Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
