The RoleDivision 10 Specialties Assistant Project Manager: The Division 10 Specialties Assistant Project Manager supports and manages commercial construction supply-side projects from estimating and bidding through procurement, delivery, and closeout. This role coordinates project documentation, schedules, orders, and customer communications to ensure Division 10 products are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with project requirements.Position RequirementsFull-time, in-office position.0–2 years of construction, estimating, project coordination, or related experience (internships considered).Interest in Division 10 specialty products and construction management.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Understanding of construction processes, building systems, and project documentation.Prior experience in construction, customer service, sales, or a B2B environment preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/order entry experience is a plus.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, budgets, quotations, and bid proposals under the guidance of a Project Manager.Review construction plans and specifications to determine project requirements and pricing.Identify and recommend cost-effective product solutions that meet project specifications.Submit bids and budgets within established deadlines.Manage project documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and freight claims.Review project requirements and identify cost-effective product solutions.Manage Division 10 specialty product projects from bid award through project closeout.Coordinate procurement, approvals, lead times, deliveries, and project schedules to meet milestones and completion dates.Maintain accurate project records and customer information.Communicate with general contractors, architects, subcontractors, vendors, installers, and customers regarding project requirements and status.Provide exceptional customer service using a consultative sales approach.Resolve project, product, and order-related issues proactively and professionally.Ensure project compliance with contract documents, specifications, and customer requirements.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.Division 10 ProductsProjects may include:Lockers & BenchesToilet PartitionsToilet AccessoriesFire ExtinguishersFire Extinguisher CabinetsVisual Display UnitsCorner Guards & Wall ProtectionInterior SignageOther misc.
