Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our bathroom remodeling company. This position is perfect for someone who has a passion for construction, remodeling, and customer service. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the installation team, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Accountability: Oversee and manage the bathroom remodeling installation staff, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and with high quality.
  • Installation Support & Training: Provide support and training to installation teams, ensuring they follow proper procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest bathroom remodeling products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers and installation teams.
  • Quality Control: Conduct pre- and post-installation reviews with the installation team to ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Communicate with and follow up on subcontractor work to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolve any issues.
  • Job File Audits: Perform post-installation audits of job files to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Project & Service Scheduling: Manage and schedule bathroom remodeling projects and service calls to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Data Entry & CRM Maintenance: Input project information and update the company’s CRM system to maintain accurate and current records.
  • Administrative Support: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for project documentation, reports, and communication.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Provide additional support and assistance as needed to ensure the success of each project and overall team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction and/or bathroom remodeling.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation to commute to and from the office and project sites.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, the installation team, and subcontractors.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of all work performed.
