Position Summary:Anthony Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to support an active construction project in Cecil County, MD. This role is responsible for maintaining project tracking systems, coordinating documentation workflows, managing subcontractor follow-up, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. The position provides structured operational support to the Assistant Project Manager and field team.This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is not a design engineering position. The Assistant Project Manager retains responsibility for technical review, contract interpretation, and schedule analysis. The Project Coordinator ensures accurate execution, documentation control, and workflow consistency.The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting active construction projects and can operate independently with minimal training in a fast-paced project environment. This position requires prior experience working in a structured, deadline-driven environment and the ability to operate independently with minimal training.Location: Cecil County, MD (Elk Neck State Park)Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferredEquivalent construction project coordination experience will be considered in lieu of degreeQualifications & Certifications:2–5 years of experience supporting commercial, infrastructure, or public construction projectsDemonstrated experience managing submittals, RFIs, vendor coordination, and construction documentation workflowsHands-on experience with Procore (strongly preferred) or similar construction management softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in an active jobsite environmentOSHA 10-Hour Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of how to operate a computerValid driver's licenseReliable transportationShow InitiativeTeam OrientedWillingness to learnRole/ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities/duties below are not intended to be inclusive of all position responsibilities/duties.
