Position Overview

We are seeking anย Assistant Project Manager - Civil Constructionย to support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction estimating, project coordination, or project management and a strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and contract administration.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field withย 2-3 years of construction project management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience inย civil construction estimating, project coordination, or project management.
  • Understanding ofย construction means, methods, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Experience coordinatingย subcontracted and self-performed work.
  • Proficiency withย Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
  • Strongย organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability toย travel to project sites as required.
  • Valid driver's license with anย acceptable driving record.
  • Ability toย lift up to 50 poundsย and navigate active construction sites, includingย stairs and ladders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience withย IDIQ, design-build, or task-order construction projects.
  • Experience withย government or federal construction contracts.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Construction Quality Management (CQM/CQC) certification.
