Assistant Project Manager – Mitigation & Construction

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the oversight of large-loss restoration projects from initiation through completion. In this role, you’ll assist with daily operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and help ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout both mitigation and construction phases.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily crew meetings, conduct job hazard checks, and enforce safety standards
  • Maintain clean, organized, and secure job sites
  • Assist with site setup, scheduling, and assignment of daily responsibilities
  • Coordinate workforce, materials, and equipment requirements
  • Document project progress with detailed notes and photos using job management software
  • Monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and help keep projects on schedule
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and insurance adjusters

What You Bring

  • Willing to travel up to 250 days/year on an on-call basis (24/7 availability)
  • Willing and able to drive long distances and extended hours as required by project demands
  • Background in construction and/or restoration work
