Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Strong ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, field leadership, subcontractors, and internal teams.Understanding of project sequencing, pull-planning, scheduling coordination, and critical path management principles.Excellent interpersonal skills with proactive client-service mindset.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to read and understand construction documents. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Ability to adapt to evolving construction technologies, project delivery methods, and client expectations.Strong aptitude for construction technology and digital project management platforms including Autodesk Build/Cost, Primavera P6, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, Timberline Estimating, and related collaboration tools.Ability to operate standard office equipment including computer, printer, copier, scanner, telephone, and mobile phone.Ability to use Zoom and Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings.OSHA 30 certification preferred or required within designated timeframe.Must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.Ability to work Monday through Friday, at least eight hours per day, with flexibility to support project schedules, travel demands, and extended work hours as necessary.
