EFY Sales, LLC โ€“ Assistant Project Manager (Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry)
EFY Sales is a dynamic, NYC-based, WBE-certified supplier of kitchen & bath cabinetry, custom casework, bath accessories, and specialty items serving GCs, developers, landlords, property managers, and government agencies.
Role Summary:
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the project management team with ordering, scheduling, and budget tracking to ensure projects meet EFYโ€™s standards and client expectations in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Must-Haves:
  • Regular access to NYC-area jobsites and our Midtown office.
  • Immediate availability for the right candidate.
Strong Plus:
  • Kitchen & bath cabinetry experience (materials, lead times, installation coordination).ย 
  • Experience in related millwork/casework will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist EFYโ€™s project management team with administrative and project support tasks.
  • Collaborate with architects, client PMs, and site supers.
  • Help select subcontractors and delegate scopes.
  • Track/report progress, costs, and schedules; prepare budgets, takeoffs, estimates, and timetables.
  • Drive timely resolution of delays/issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and contract requirements.
  • Partner with leadership to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain professional, peer-to-peer client relationships.
  • Support cross-department strategic initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:
  • (Ideally) direct K&B cabinet industry knowledge and construction coordination experience.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Clear written/verbal communication; professional client/vendor interface.
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects and deadlines.
  • Proactive, positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with NYC multifamily (affordable & market-rate) is a plus.

Education & Experience:
  • 3+ years in project management, estimating, or coordinationโ€”ideally within kitchen & bath cabinetry.
