You will be responsible for document control, communications, and all administrative functions to support the project team. Assist with assuring the highest standard of quality.* Identify, monitor, and track all owner-open issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.* Assist in the preparation of each monthly pay application for processing.* Assist in compiling and assembling project deliverables.* Assist in identifying/resolving obstacles to completing projects on time and within budget* Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards**Requirements*** 0-3 years of experience in the construction or related services industry.* Bachelor’s Degree Required (Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or similar industry).* Exceptional communication and organizational skills.* Self-starter with the ability to work independently* Multitasking and the ability to problem-solve and master new concepts in a short period of time.* Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of software (Word, Excel, Project, Teams, OneDrive, etc)**Location**This role is based out of the CAA ICON Charlotte, NC office.**Compensation**The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $63,000 - $70,000. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus.
