Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver virtual psychotherapy sessions to individuals facing mental health and substance abuse issues, employing empathetic listening and tailored support strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately determine client needs and develop effective treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions and solution-focused methodologies.
  • Administer therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) specifically designed for individuals in the recovery process.
  • Maintain meticulous, compliant clinical records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring all documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to provide coordinated, interdisciplinary care and participate in case consultations aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health resources and strategies to support recovery, fostering a deeper understanding of their conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse population struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid LCSW license issued in the state of Oregon.
