Job description

UMN Morris English is seeking applications for the position of Visiting Assistant Professor (9753T, Lecturer/Assistant Professor). This is a full time, 100% (3/3 teaching load; 24 credit hours), 9-month, annually renewable appointment.
We seek an individual with an enthusiasm for teaching undergraduates in a small, residential, public liberal arts college that has been recognized nationally for its high academic quality. Candidates must demonstrate excellence in the teaching of writing at the undergraduate level and will be expected to teach first-year writing courses. Candidates should also demonstrate excellence in the teaching of poetry and/or creative non-fiction in the Creative Writing program.

Pay Range: $52,550-$62,000 depending on education/qualifications/experience
