Time management is key, as part-time positions may require flexibility to accommodate varying class schedules and departmental meetings. Building strong communication with department colleagues helps in staying informed and involved, despite a reduced presence on campus. Leveraging available resources, such as online teaching tools and faculty support services, can further support their effectiveness and work-life balance.
