Description
The Brown University Department of Political Science invites applications for an Assistant Professor position, to begin July 1, 2027, whose research focuses on American Political Institutions, broadly conceived. We seek candidates whose research has the potential to make creative and influential contributions to the scholarly literature in the field, and we have a preference for candidates who have the ability to teach quantitative methods at the graduate level. All candidates should submit: (1) a cover letter describing research completed and planned; (2) a curriculum vitae; (3) a research statement; (4) a writing sample; (5) a teaching portfolio with a teaching statement and teaching evaluations; (6) an official transcript; and (7) 3 letters of recommendation via https://apply.interfolio.com/189478.
