As part of our continued growth, we are seeking Wet Process Operators to support our Plating and Etching
departments. Candidates with direct PCB manufacturing experience are strongly preferred.

Position Summary

The Wet Process Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automated plating,
etching, and chemical processing equipment used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards. This
position plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, process control, and on-time delivery.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience operating PCB plating lines, etching
equipment, DES lines, or other wet process manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
Operate automated plating, etching, cleaning, and chemical processing equipment.
Load and unload production panels safely and efficiently.
Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout production.
Perform routine inspections and process checks.
Verify production requirements and work instructions.
Monitor chemical levels and notify appropriate personnel of replenishment needs.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Identify and report process abnormalities, equipment issues, or quality concerns.
Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning.
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
 

Qualifications Required

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
 

Preferred

PCB manufacturing experience.
Plating line operating experience.
Etching equipment operating experience.
DES (Develop, Etch, Strip) line experience.
Chemical processing or wet process manufacturing experience.
Electronics manufacturing experience.
Experience working in an ISO-controlled manufacturing environment.
