Supports the quality team in ensuring products meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements. Co-ops assist with inspections, data analysis, investigations, and continuous improvement projects that help maintain product quality and manufacturing compliance.
Process Engineering
Works with manufacturing teams to improve production processes, reduce waste, increase efficiency, and solve technical challenges. Co-ops support process improvement initiatives, data collection, equipment evaluations, and troubleshooting activities.
Process Development Engineering
Focuses on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for new and existing products. Co-ops assist with process studies, validation activities, experimentation, and documentation to help establish robust and repeatable manufacturing methods.
