• You are a passionate, equity-driven leader who believes deeply in the potential of every child and educator.

• Master’s degree (required)
• Massachusetts Assistant Principal/Principal licensure (or eligibility)
• At least 5 years of successful teaching experience
• Proven leadership experience with measurable student achievement gains
• Experience working with diverse, multilingual student populations
• Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and data-driven practices
