Lincoln Park Healthcare Campus is seeking Floor Coordinator CNA to join our Amazing Nursing Staff. We have Day and Evening shift positions available.

Floor Coordinator CNA QUALIFICATIONS:

•High school graduate

•Ability to read, write and comprehend English

•Excellent computer skills

•Health Care experience/medical terminology preferred

•Course work or experience with de-escalation of stressful situations preferred

Floor Coordinator CNA POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinates and assists with communications for our staff, clerical paperwork and oversight of residents, and gains cooperation and support from CNAs, Behavioral Health team, Recreation, Security and others. Performs a variety of duties in maintaining and updating resident files, clinical supplies and performs other duties as assigned based on the facility’s policies and procedure as regulated by the State of NJ and Federal regulations. Responsible for intervening, intercepting, and documenting any behavioral issues residents may display which may include but not limited to physical altercations,(ie. hitting, biting, scratching, spitting), verbal altercations (ie. yelling and/or screaming), and any other threatening behaviors either towards staff, peers, or to self. Monitors the competency and compliance of CNAs to Lincoln Park Health Care Standards of practice and policies and procedures.
