About the Opportunity:
This is a pool position, which means qualified candidates will be considered for current and future temporary or project-based assignments across multiple departments. Assignments may vary in length, scope, and responsibilities, offering valuable experience and exposure to different teams and functions.
As a STEPS Flex Office Administrative Support Talent, you would serve as a key point of contact for daily office activities and provide a wide range of administrative, operational, and customer support services.
What You May Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to emails and inquiries and ensure prompt, professional communication
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events
  • Support daily office operations, including mail and package distribution and front desk activities
  • Route forms, requests, and communications to ensure timely processing and workflow
  • Assist with purchasing, payment processing, and basic financial tracking
  • Maintain organized filing systems, records, and document management processes
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and engagement activities (e.g., scheduling, catering, communications)
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including workspace readiness and basic access coordination
  • Maintain office supplies, promotional materials, and inventory
  • Support general administrative projects
