Job description

The Server Assistant plays a key role in supporting the restaurant team to deliver exceptional hospitality. This position enhances the guest experience by ensuring dining areas are guest-ready, buffets are replenished and presentable, food is delivered promptly, and guests are warmly greeted and seated when needed.

HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
  • Monitor buffet stations, replenish items, uphold cleanliness and presentation standards, and assist guests as needed.
  • Deliver food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and plate placement.
  • Greet and seat guests, assist with reservations and waitlists, and provide host support as required.
  • Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain high service standards.
  • Keep service areas—including side stations, beverage stations, and bussing stations—organized and clean.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with special requests and tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
